Gotcha Goat (Goat Meat) with Six Spot’s Sauce
- 1 pack of Gotcha Goat
- 1/2 medium bell pepper
- 1 1/2 stalk of chopped celery
- 1/2 medium diced onion
- Dice fresh garlic to taste
- 14-16 oz. can of stewed tomatoes
- 8-10 oz. Six Spot’s Sauce
Marinate goat meat in Six Spot’s Sauce; Add 1-2 tblsp of olive, coconut oil or oil of your choice to skillet or sauce pan; Over medium heat add meat and sauce; bring to simmer and cook meat to desired tenderness; add remaining ingredients and simmer until veggies are done. Serve over noodles or rice.
